| Place liquid (Sprite, water, fruit juice, etc.) in center of cooker. Place tail cavity over liquid, spice with desired seasonings, (season with salt, poultry seasoning,season salt, pepper, etc.). Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Chicken will be browned on the outside and very juicy on the inside. |
